Viet Anh joined APFL Partners as a legal consultant in 2010 and has since developed significant expertise in her primary practice areas, including civil law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), employment, distribution, and commercial contracts.
She has provided strategic legal advice to a leading international company in the distribution sector, as well as to numerous clients on the implementation of their investment projects in Vietnam, showcasing her skill in navigating complex regulatory environments.
She holds an Advanced Specialized Degree in International Law (2002) and a PhD in International Law (2009), both from Pantheon-Assas Paris University.
Alongside her legal practice, Viet Anh serves as a professor of law in the Master of Franco-Asian Business Law program at Paris Pantheon-Assas University, based in Ho Chi Minh City.
