Eddy is the director of the Myanmar office of APFL & Partners. A lawyer admitted to practice in both New York and Paris bars, he specialises in dispute resolution, investment law, corporate law, commercial law and employment law.

 

Overview

A member of the New York and Paris bars, Eddy graduated from the University of Pantheon-Assas and Paris Dauphine in international business law and from the Saint Louis University School of Law in the United States (LL.M in “American law”). He has been trained in renowned Parisian law firms through arbitration cases and international business law issues. He is the resident director of Audier & Partners’ Myanmar office, where he advises our clients in large fields of business law, corporate law and dispute resolution matters.

Eddy notably advises one of the largest French media companies incorporated under the form of a joint venture with all legal matters related to labour law, commercial law, corporate law, tax law and contract law.

He is also assisting a client in the incorporation and license obtention of an important hotel investment in Bagan (Myanmar) especially the legal issue pertaining to real estate law and property law in Myanmar.

In addition, he advises one of the top leading companies in the shipping industry worldwide on various matters of labour law, tax law, corporate law and logistics.

Eddy regularly advises a major international not-for-profit association dedicated to education services and assists it with all matters related to their activities (tax, labour law, social security, contracts, corporate law, etc.).
