We have advised major international investment banks in a broad array of banking, finance and securities transactions, notably in connection with IPO, listing and the equitization of major State-owned enterprises.
Notably, our team was advising the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on a US$ 1 billion sovereign bond offering (to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange). This was the country’s first sovereign bond issuance since 2005.
